All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 15% and exports outside Europe will exempt VAT @ 15%

Carter Clothing Ltd accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro through our secure payment service provider Protx. Our secure web site and payment system is protected with a 128-bit encrypted Thawte Secure Web Certificate. Your credit card details are not stored and all other information is protected at all times.

Our shipping costs are fixed as follows:
UK £7.95 1 - 2 Working Days
UK £9.95 Next Day delivery for orders placed before 11am
Rest of Europe £14.95 2 - 4 Working Days
Rest of World £19.95 4 - 8 Working days VAT Exempt but purchaser responsible for all import duties and local taxes
Belfast City (only) by Courier £ 3.50
Gift Voucher mailing £ 2.95
Based on parcel weight less than 5kg
We do not ship to US or Canada.
Online Discount Vouchers
Online discount vouchers will discount your goods total of your
order during check out. Delivery charges, Gift Vouchers for instore
use and items on sale are not subject to online discounts.
Returns Policy
Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Carter Clothing Ltd, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must inform Carter Clothing Ltd via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.
Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 7 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Carter Clothing Ltd is not liable for the cost of returning items.
Exchange an item
Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Carter Clothing Ltd is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If you receive the incorrect item.
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. |
